"I would normally be an XL (5'9-10", 230, 38 waist). I got the 2XL and it fits pretty well. It seems like all coveralls can be tough to get off the shoulders either way because of the in seam, but these weren't too bad. When fully on, it is comfortable and not too heavy, not as stiff as other brands FR. I wear it with my regular clothes underneath and there was plenty of room without it being too baggy that I tripped on the legs or anything. Can slip a safety through to put on, but probably will have to take the shoe off to get the coverall off. It's got a dual zipper so that you can open the bottom while zipped up (for bathroom?). Overall very satisfied with purchase."
