Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damaged, worn, used, and without tags or original packaging are not eligible for return or refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred in returning orders. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, we kindly request you to inspect it immediately. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. This prompt communication will allow us to assess the issue and take appropriate steps to rectify it to your satisfaction.
Re-Stocking Fees & Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or will require us to charge a 25% restocking fee. All Portwest, JSP, Traverse, Kut Guard and PIP Product's returns are subject to minimum 15% restocking Fee irrespective of condition and Big Bill, Justrite, Checkers, Eagle, Park-it®, returns are Subject to minimum 25% restocking fee irrespective of condition. Roll-a-Ramp® products are Custom made to order, Therefore: Non-Cancellable & NON-RETURNABLE. Sale items, gift cards, custom orders and personalized clothing cannot be returned, they are final sale. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Upon receipt and processing of the return, we will credit you for your total purchase price (not including any shipping charges). Please keep in mind that credit card issuers vary in the time they take to post credits.
