"The customer service was great. All of my questions were answered. We love the product, and it works perfectly around our playground. The only problem we had was unloading the pallet from the truck. The weight was too heavy for one pallet, so it shifted and many of the blocks fell out and had to be moved by hand. Our delivery man was outstanding and made sure the blocks were placed in a convenient location. Hopefully many years from now when it's time to replace the blocks, we can order from your company again."
