The Portwest S441 Classic Adult Rain Pants are made to be worn in foul weather conditions. These waterproof pants come with sealed seams to prevent water penetration. Lightweight and easily packable for convenience, these pants provide comfort and protection in any weather. The fit is roomy for easy layering on top of pants, with the added benefit of pass through pockets. The snap adjustable hem ensures a secure fit around work boots.

Fits right, does its job, and NOT at all ugly/smelly

"I bought the rain jacket (US440) and pants (S441). I'd read a bunch of reviews that it works great but is ugly or that the plastic winds up smelling like chemicals. But I'm please to report: it's fine! I'm 6'1" 170 lbs and bought both in M, and it fits perfectly -- not too boxy or anything. It's not going to win fashion awards, but you're buying rain gear like this to wear to the office or to the opera -- this is *gear* and you're wearing it to stay warm while bicycling or hiking or doing chores outside in heavy rain, especially in the cold. And it really is *perfect* for that, and looks *fine* for that. I was mostly worried about smelling like chemicals -- I'm *super* super sensitive to that, and once threw a horrible plastic shower liner out the window after opening it it was so bad. But this had a very mild smell that went away after airing out for a couple of hours, so no worries. And for the price, this is probably the best value-for-money of any clothing item I've ever purchased... so without hesitation 5 stars!"

"Great for the price. Wore them for a Soccer match and worked perfectly. They are shiney and attract attention but I am fine with that. They fit over my pants with side opening to get to pants pockets- Velcro shuts them."
