Built to meet ANSI/ISEA 107 Type R Class 3 standards, it features warm 10.5 oz microfiber fleece, a full-zip closure, and a detachable drawstring hood for adaptable comfort. The sweatshirt includes two front hand-warmer pockets, elasticized knit cuffs and waist, and 2" contrasting retroreflective tape that provides full 360° visibility. Designed for Systems Gear compatibility, it zips directly into Reflective Apparel™ 431 Parkas and 414 Bomber Jackets, making it a versatile and dependable choice for demanding hi-visibility work environments.
