  • The NFPA has identified the various FR hazardous risk category levels, which range from PPE 1 (which is low risk and requires AR clothing with a minimum arc rating of 4), up to PPE 4 (which is high risk and requires AR clothing with a minimum arc rating of 40). Each level, 1-4, is rated at a certain amount of flame resistance measured in cal/cm2.

These flame-resistant pants are specifically tailored for women working in high-risk industries such as mining, oil & gas, petrochemical, utilities, and welding. Constructed with a lightweight 6oz FR inherent ripstop fabric, they deliver both durability and comfort without compromising protection. With a PPE 2 ARC rating (ATPV 9.0 cal/cm²), these pants include high tenacity Aramid thread, 2% antistatic properties, and strategically placed FR reflective tape below the knees for enhanced visibility. A curved waistband ensures a better fit and prevents gaping, while multiple utility pockets and wide belt loops add functionality. Certified to NFPA 70E and NFPA 2112-2023 standards and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 compliant.
