Returns are sometimes necessary and Safety Vests and More is here to help for a hassle free return. Our return policy gives you 30 days to return your products. This 30 day period begins on the date your order is delivered and includes both business and non-business days. Returned products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damaged, worn, used, and without tags or original packaging are not eligible for return or refund. Customized products cannot be returned. Certain types of items cannot be returned or will require us to charge a 25% restocking fee. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Where and how do I return my product(s)?
To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred in returning orders. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking. We recommend including insurance on the package, but it is not required. Safety Vests and More is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
When and how will I be reimbursed?
Products properly returned according to the guidelines are eligible for a refund in the form of a credit to the original method of payment. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Upon receipt and processing of the return, if approved, we will credit you for your total purchase price (not including any shipping charges). Please keep in mind that credit card issuers vary in the time they take to post credits.
What if my order arrived damaged, is defective or is not the correct product?
In the event that your order is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us or email us using the contact us form for further instructions.
Re-Stocking Fees & Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or will require us to charge a 25% restocking fee. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Can I exchange my product for an alternate item?
At this time, we cannot process exchanges. You may complete a return and place a new order at any time for alternate product(s).
